Christmas Eve- 2012
Christmas Eve was different this year with most of our family gone. Amber was the only Grandchild left in town. Keenan's parents, Barry & Donna Wallace were here so that was great. Scott & Rae Ann went to Denver to be with Brady and family. We had Kent, JoAnna, Jared, Michael and Shelly Hansen with us. Lisa, Ron and Ali were here. Lisa's friend Velicity and her two children Kora and Thomas were here. We invited Penina, Imani, Sam and Shukuru to be with us. It was a fun evening.
Leila, Shane & Owen were the only great grandchildren here..

City of Rocks- Oct 8, 2012
On our way back to Boise from Salt Lake, we decided to go to the City of Rocks we had heard about but never been there. We did get lost once and drove 27 miles back towards Salt Lake. The trip was worth it-- it was very interesting and beautiful.

Congo Family- 2012
We went to the Temple Open House October 19, 2012
Her husband and 3 of her children were shot and killed in Congo. She has 2 more sons in another country. She is going to school to learn English better. Her children all talk English perfect. Their language in Congo is French. We don't know too much about them yet, but they are a special family.
We pick them up for church each Sunday and took these pictures by the Temple. Imani was sick so we don't have a picture of her yet.
